This website is operated by Viki Thorbjorn Art. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or entering a collaboration, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to protect both your experience and the intentional, high-integrity nature of my work.

Artwork Availability & Editions

Each artwork listed on this site is either an open edition or a limited edition. 

– Limited editions will not be reprinted once sold out.  
– Open editions are available in limited batches and may be retired at any time.

Made-to-Order Policy

All canvas prints are made to order. This ensures quality, energy integrity, and a bespoke approach. Please allow 6–12 business days for production before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we ship within the UK only the canvas prints you can purchase from the canvas print shop (https://vikithorbjornart.shop). 

All pieces are tracked, insured, and delivered with white-glove care.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of the work, all sales are final. 

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. I will ensure a swift and respectful resolution.

Collector’s Access & Trade Enquiries

Collector’s Access is by application only. 

Trade partnerships are highly curated and granted only to aligned designers, studios, and professionals. 

I reserve the right to decline or withdraw access to any individual or organisation at any time.

Commissions & Soul on Canvas

Each Soul on Canvas commission follows a bespoke, deeply personal process. It begins with an application and an emotional alignment review.

If your application is accepted, a £500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the schedule.

After completing your emotional questionnaire, you’ll receive a custom quote. The full remaining balance must be paid before painting begins. No work will start until this payment is received in full.

The final piece will be delivered as a single, premium canvas print—along with a handwritten story card and any agreed extras. As each work is uniquely created based on your emotional brief, all sales are final.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

All artwork is priced based on scale, finish, edition status, and artistic investment. 

Discounts, referral codes, and promotional vouchers are no longer accepted.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and written content on this site are the sole property of Viki Thorbjorn. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. No licensing is offered.

Website Use & Content Accuracy

While I strive to ensure every detail is correct, colours, finishes, and sizing may appear differently depending on your device or screen calibration. If you have specific requirements, contact me directly before ordering.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
